- Working days: Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
- Total delivery time: It takes a total of 7-11 business days for you to receive your order.
Shipping Delays
- Possible Delays: Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, postal delivery delays, or high shipping volume during the holidays.
- Customs and Post: Shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs clearance or postal processing.

Missing Item Procedure

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the DATE OF DELIVERY.
- Return Policy: Items must be unused and undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or does not match the description. In such cases, semoenati will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be refunded via the original payment method.
Refill Fee
- No replacement fee: semoenati does not charge a replacement fee for returns.
